There is still a problem. The helper script won't install Octoeverywhere because it's already installed. But, I can't remove Octoeverywhere because the removal fails with the pip certificate and websocket...

I'm having the same problem with Netbox 4.1.1. When trying to run python3 manage.py migrate I get the same errors as @Tehniels2000. Any ETA for a fix for this problem?
