It looks like in the sendFile method in ServiceInvoker, the content disposition is hardcoded to attachment. Is there a way to override?

Right now, `onWillParseMarkdown` is only provided with the markdown source. Please provide the md (`this.md`) object as the 2nd parameters so nested elements can be rendered too.

Can we please add a domain field to an artifact set to indicate where it can be farmed from?

Only `talent_1.png` is valid for Sayu, 2 - 6 are empty files.
