UiSelect bug hasSearch and floatingLabel when together

When `hasSearch="true"`, `label="Some label"`, `floatingLabel="true"` and UiSelect havent initial list, then in order search field became visible and i can start typing, need click twice on UiSelect.

UiSelect cant remove initial items

Now impossible to remove initial items (with functionality remote data). I can remove their only if find again.
