Arabic isn't properly rendered in Neovim until a newline is inserted

The letters here aren't properly rendered  Only after inserting a new line they get fixed  This issue doesn't happen when typing directly into the terminal

Obsidian’s markdown has the feature of highlighting text surrounded by == I think they just replace `==` with the html mark tag. So that `==text==` Becomes `text`

Are there public instances for webone that can be used from devices that aren’t on the same network? Like an old mobile browser for example?
