制种页面简化，手动指定块大小和其它。

目前制作新种页面分了4个tab，每次挨个手动点选检查过于麻烦，可否统一放进一个页面里？ 或者分两个tab？常用的【配置、注释、添加tracker】放在一起；web种子单放一个tab里，总共分两个tab也会省事不少。 还有块大小的分配，目前完全自动且不会预显示分配的块大小，可否两档，自动、手动；选择任意档时，显示自动分配大小的数值？ 最后，选择制作v1 torrent时，可否加个块对齐的选项？或者**强制（默认**）对齐？这个最重要的特性因为普及不够，似乎出种的鲜少人知、鲜少人用。 谢谢。
