Aha! I skimmed the source and saw that there was no place where the set returned by getExtendedDate was exposed. It didn't occur to me to check for mutating the...

Error: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.

Also hitting this error. In my case the file is in my user directory: AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data/Default/LOCK (not surprising that it's locked, I guess! ;)
