if default_scopes doesn't have 'users.read', authentication callback doesn't work

Took forever to track this one down. I don't really need 'users:read' for my application, but my authentication wasn't working because the strategy tries to make the call to `users.info`...

Uses < icon instead of the "three line" icon on 2.3.7

Hi, I downloaded and ran this application on an htc evo 4G, and noticed that it doesn't use the correct "up" icon. it still uses the left arrow icon instead...

Is this Repo still active?
