Stopping at 'Head' under HTTP Method bypass

--encode runs fine and --HTTPmethod runs fine too when opted as standalone, but when --exploit is used, it's hanging after reaching 'Head: ' under HTTP Method Bypass and not progressing...

How can I download/install it for debian kali linux? The url provided in 'readme' for git clone is not working. I don't see linux amd64 on releases page.

Not able to DNS resolve using massdns when the output from dnsgen is used.  

not finding domains

it says line 27: jq: command not found, and results 0 domains. 

blacklist doesn't seem working

gau --blacklist png,jpg,jpeg,gif,woff not working.  Should I do something different? or Is it that the flag does not work when working with a list of domains?
