When you try to download a dictionary from inside the app. Nothing happens.

Hey. It would be cool if FDM searched `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME` for `fdm.conf`, which is part of the [XDG base directory specification](https://specifications.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html).

I'd like to help out with this but I use Firefox. It shouldn't be too difficult to convert, because both Chrome and Firefox use the WebExtensions standard.

Controller requires pairing to connect

So every time I turn on my controller, it shows the blinky light forever unless I pair it by holding down the XBOX button and the button on the dongle...

I'm using NeoVim and this plugin doesn't seem to be working. I have the scroll keys rebound to `j` and `k` but doing `50j` in my `~/init.vim` doesn't smooth scroll....

The documentation is a bit lacking. I'm not really away of everything this add-on can do, and I often have to dig into the source code to figure out how...
