Index corruption, CellBTreeSingleValueV3 class endless loop

I'm also running into issues around the CellBTreeSingleValueBucketV3 where the code is looking for a serializer with an ID of 0, and getting a null pointer in deserializeFromByteBufferObject()... to troubleshoot...
