Problem on Windows 7 (still claims to require win32-open3 w/ 1.9.2)

I believe I am getting the same problem, with a fresh install using latest Railsinstaller on Windows 7 C:\Sites\sciteachplan>gh --help You must 'gem install win32-open3' to use the github command...
