Are you saying you are able to use the Decklink Output at 2160p60 with version 29.1.3? Version 28.1.2 technically "works" for me, albeit with an insane amount of encoding lag...

Now that we've confirmed this is a real issue, how do we get the necessary attention to get it fixed?
