Percussion on channel 10

I think the real problem here is, how can a sound font be loaded for the dedicated Percussion instrument on channel 10? The loader should provide for a special case...

Implementation of the getSamples function

Thank you for getting this going! However, I think it will fail/crash for large WAV files because the file reader loads the entire file into the array buffer.
