Fixes https://github.com/openrazer/openrazer/issues/1039. This work is based on [CommandPost](https://github.com/CommandPost/CommandPost-App/blob/master/extensions/razer/HSRazerTartarusProDevice.m) and [OpenRGB](https://github.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB/blob/master/Controllers/RazerController/RazerDevices.cpp) hugely, I'm just a courier of those...
