And after doing `sfc /scannow` and DISM fixes as well as graphics driver check, I haven't seen this occur since. Looks like that's the fix.

It seems like on 4.0.1, even toggling after advanced interface off and on, it's triggering a back event, even when I navigate to `/getting-started`.

This is really just because of the airdrop. Once they realize there's no way to game the eligibility requirements, it'll calm down.

To clarify, are you getting the key from Keybase into Terraform? It's very possible the version of GnuPG running may not support ECC keys.
