Support Raspberry Pi OS 64bit

The manual install of the library works `sudo apt-get install python3-blinkt` With that I was able to run `rainbow.py` from the [Getting Started with Blinkt!](https://learn.pimoroni.com/tutorial/sandyj/getting-started-with-blinkt)

entrypoint checks only for '/var/www/html/user.config.php' not '/var/www/html/1.user.config.php

In my case there was only `1.user.config.php` & `2.user.config.php` available (no `user.config.php`) and the docker image kicked off the setup routine and everything was gone. I was able to recover...

Brew intall stopped cold on "could not create work tree dir 'RcloneBrowser': Read-only file system"

Is there any reason why you NOT use `brew` to install the RcloneBrowser? `brew install rclone` & `brew install kapitainsky-rclone-browser` (works here perfectly fine on a MBP M2Pro)
