nsqadmin: update in real-time

It'd be great if we could see the numbers in `nsqadmin` (ex: Depth, Memory + Disk, Messages, Channels, etc.) updated in real-time via websocket.

I started this project extending @trusktr 's `React` + `Famo.us` integration idea posted at https://github.com/Famous/famous-react/issues/10, simply because I didn't want to wait for it forever. ~~I'm still experimenting with it...

The invisible `clickSurface` in the Flipper example doesn't work properly when clicked on a back surface. Front surface works as expected.
