Can confirm followed install instructions and macos 10.15.5 gives the same error. `zsh: killed twofa test`
Anyone get this to work on Catalina? For various reasons, I can only run a compiled build :/
FWIW I also tried enabling Full Disk Access by dragging it into the Prefs panel. That did not help either. Wonder if it's a gatekeeper issue .. hmm.
