Filament recently introduced the abilility for tables and forms to show dates / times in the users timezone, this patch updates the date on the view to do that aswell

This would be good for those using laravel expecially has horizon requires this

Just a small fix to allow printing of the documentation pages, have added basic print style to allow the printer to not be jammed up on the first page only...
