Set the default `grace-period` to 10 seconds. Fixes #22 Not sure if this should be configurable or where best to put the flag. In my limited testing this speeds up...

make mozilla lang parser work according to spec

Currently the install instructions just use plain virtualenv, but we tend to use/encourage virtualenvwrapper - so we should update the docs

Remove init_fs_project command

As we now have a more generic command for creating projects, we should remove the `init_fs_project` command
