I don't think that is a json-server problem. You can try to reinstall NodeJS, or apply fixes [here](https://stackoverflow.com/q/20992723/12405558).
I remembered you need to run the console in administration privilege, or turn on developer mode in the Windows setting.
Still waiting for this :eyes:
