The compact tree pane does not allow to open a folder in full page. It should have an "Open Folder" link (or "Go To Folder") smaller font, below or above...

In the multiple upload windows, the pop-up header is missing (no gray bar and "X" closing icon).

Within a Folder edit page, clicking the "Edit" button for a file opens a pop-up that doesn't have a frame nor shadow unlike other pop-ups.

Improve the current layout of the folder block/pane; consider to make the first level expanded by default, for better usability and visibility.
