Mark.parametrize eccepting type-annotated arguments as argnames string argument

#### What's the problem this feature will solve? The decorator pytest.mark.parameterize() could use arglist which contains type-annotated arguments. This way one can quickly copy function signature and clean it later....

I am on Debian 12 with Bazel 8.3.1 installed according to these [instructions](https://ipv6.rs/tutorial/Debian_Latest/Bazel/). Currently rust-examples/.bazelversion contains "8.1.1". I checked the examples - it builds with 8.3.1. It would be good...
