With latest Notional SDK release, it's breaking Page create operation which now accepts to have Database reference instead of Database object.

Unable to sync clippings with many highlights

I've tried to sync my kindle clipping recently and one of the books contains 694 highlights and failed with 413 Payload Too large error.
