TFTP and DHCP should refactored using the class SocketServer.BaseRequestHandler

Would be better to have Start/Stop service button with Green background when the action is start and red when the action is Stop.

In some situations one of the service cannot start (permission error, port in use, etc). Would be better to handle different errors with an appropriate log message.

Unable to access mkdocs metadata

Hello, I really like this theme, but I found a major issue for me: the [mkdocs metadata](http://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/custom-themes/#pagemeta) are not accessible for pages except for the main page.
