Allow us to bind F keys or any key to scale

I also was using a "non-standard" shortcut. It's so much better being able to hit 2 keys net to each other (In my case PgUp and PgDown) to activate magpie....

Implement the ability to use values of properties as a value of another property

Does this feature work with the tracker? I can't test it right now but this is the main problem I've stumbled upon. I could've created an issue about the tracker...
