I found [this tool](https://github.com/maldoinc/plasma-theme-switcher) which could be used to achieve this, but it probably wouldn't be a clean solution.
I made a [simple bash script](https://github.com/InstantCurry/unified-wal), I'll see how I go on improving it to be less... bad, but it can do the job for now.
