when using SMTP notifier, SMTP_SENDER is required but wiki says optional

setting up a new scanner, received "Invalid SMTP configuration" until adding SMTP_SENDER. SMTP_SENDER is defined as not required in [wiki](https://github.com/Der-Henning/tgtg/blob/main/wiki/Configuration.md?plain=1#L124) however in [smtp.py](https://github.com/Der-Henning/tgtg/blob/967f7d840010dd53bde0160774c1c8798a6c52cd/tgtg_scanner/notifiers/smtp.py#L101) its required.
