I added `~/.local/lib/python3.6/site-packages` to PYTHONPATH as suggested but still at startup I get the error and also when enabling the configurator, the X is nb_extensions_configurator importable still appears.

Are you only observing this for MRAR data, or does it also apply to other DF20/21 (Mode-S EHS) messages? It is possible that your received data might have a different...

Same problem for me running macOS 12.6 and latest Docker Desktop 4.12
