Use execvpe to execute zenity and kdialog

This removes the hard-coding of zenity or kdialog paths. Zenity is preferred still.

Meters don't work in VST3

For the multi-out the meters don't even switch to multiple outs.

Unclamp the cutoff and add OSC queries for the cutoff modifiers

@PythonBlue I believe the cutoff modifiers were already in actually, can you check? I added your other changes regarding that.

Add `attack_shape`, `decay_shape`, `release_shape`

Embedded sample CI bug

The embedded sample test fails on Github windows CI. I can't reproduce it on my local machines.

And a better logging capability too !

The current development version creates corruption on multiple platforms (#1004, #1005). It's set at 4.10.2 in 1.1.1, but we have interest in tracking the upstream version when it becomes stable.
