I would like this to be re-triaged in our Triage meeting where all the folks related to this should be present.
I believe this should be a p2 as it causes us to miss a number of tests and we cannot triage the individual tests to determine if they are important...
personally I think the default should be the same as the number of CPUs on the machine. However if this is part of the attestation and so running on machines...
