A small papercut: I wish that, when I clicked on the speaker icon in the main window to pop up the volume control, the slider's thumb were already in focus....
It's not a bad idea! But I'd like to see some kind of visual indication. Maybe popping up the control automatically when it happens? Something to help avert people reporting...
