Sitemap only contains few pages

I used the scheduler task to generate the sitemap, but actually the sitemap (or rather the sitemap group) only contains 10 pages out of ~150 pages that should be indexed....

Taxes missing at all?

Hi yvoronoy, i think i found a bug. The extra fee is just added "on top" of all costs, without respecting taxes. Here a short example. First without extra fee...
