🐛[BUG]: Google Colab & Hydra: MissingConfigException: Primary config directory not found. Check that the config directory '/tmp/ipykernel_3309' exists and readable

Had the same issue while using version **_1.7.0_**, but it works fine with the **_1.6.0_** in google colab. Can install modulus sym as: `!pip install nvidia-modulus nvidia-modulus-sym==1.6.0`
