I've tested this and it's working for me. Supports `application_credential_id` and `application_credential_secret` in the elasticluster config, or via the OpenStack environment variables `OS_APPLICATION_CREDENTIAL_ID` and `OS_APPLICATION_CREDENTIAL_SECRET`.
