As a personal comment, I think we can start thinking on dropping support for Callbacks and just support Promises, I think nobody would complain nowadays.
I think it's a valid proposal. I think we should use a `process.env.BODYPARSER_JSON_OPTIONS` instead, to be more generic. We don't know what other option from the parsers someone would need...

I like this proposal, also for the regular template. As I debug, it wont have any side effect, besides it can be overriden.
