I enabled the log and make some print-outs to paste you the actual piece of code where it fail; but no log with the lines of the code I posted...
Not sure if it is the same, but if this pop-up is windows based (not browser based) the problem is similar https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/issues/1788
