Might it be, that you are behind a proxy? What result do you get when executing: `pip freeze | grep cryptography` ?
What os / terminal are you using? Please try running the newest version with the flag `--no-color `, see if that works for you
Use -e {filename} to export the results as plain text. Use -e {filename} -j to export the result as json.
Works in current release by putting creds into secrets.py
