Added two examples: * [single repository with WORKSPACE](https://github.com/oxidase/rules_poetry/blob/main/examples/workspace/WORKSPACE) * [multiple repositories and multi-versioned Python with WORKSPACE](https://github.com/oxidase/rules_poetry/blob/main/examples/workspace_rules_python/WORKSPACE)
bump, would be great to have the fix in the upstream and in https://github.com/jupyter-widgets/ipyleaflet
