I have reported the same issue some time ago here #350. The issue is indeed using the global RNG.
Is there an update on this?
They seem to be working on integrating the new mujoco bindings into the [library](https://github.com/vikashplus/mj_envs/pull/38). I propose, we wait until this is finished such that we do not get more dependencies...
