Allow all URLs for canons

@JayPHP I was just looking at the [source](https://github.com/Room-11/Jeeves/blob/70a9925b89df685a61d8f7a93d2fb464135b3884/src/Plugins/Canon.php#L85). I'm thinking to still validate the URL and raise an InvalidUrlException. What do you think of this?
