arrow head too small with small line-width

haven't looked why it is so, but small line-width makes arrow heads too small. 

i'm trying to do this effect with animejs: 1. flip letters of a text line 0deg -> 90deg 2. overlap flip letters from next text line 90deq -> 0deg 3....

When i open the luasocket.sln in Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows Desktop, i get a popup with "One or more projects in the solution were not loaded correctly....
