@L-Leite thanks, I was able to run the game with the new launcher, but it does not load "custom" (-enablecustom) and "Data/cstrike" (-decryptedfiles) folders in 2017 version of the game....
They updated engine and didn't update the old maps (aim_dust, duel_diner) to be compatible with it. In TW client those maps were actually removed from files, but in KR version...
