since testnet3 is unusable, is there a plan to utilize testnet4 as discussed here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/29775 ?

branch is being discussed here: https://github.com/fjahr/bitcoin/tree/2024-04-testnet-4-fix-v27 it would be great to have this as an option to run via Docker easily since testnet3 is unusable.
