Compilation error with react-scripts 4.0.0 ( Can't resolve file )

I have the same issue. Upgraded to CRA4, try to run and got error: Can't resolve `'./animations.scss'` where the line is: `@import url('./animations.scss');`

Stop using `UNSAFE_componentWillMount`

replacing react-helmet-async from react-helmet solve my issue.
