the best way to detect this is to add a server side counter per player of message id's, and when tgui sees the count go up by more than one...
It's most likely just messages being lost by the dreamdaemon client/server and not reaching the embedded browser
it's marked as a security issue please don't distribute it if you saw the original bug report
