@grahamegrieve I have no more validation problems when I switch back to the constraint version. The IG Publisher shows however two times the ED type in [Observation.value](http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/CDA-core-2.0/branches/master/StructureDefinition-Observation.html) instead of one...
this is solved with R5 and using Base, thanks!
