Yeah maybe, but it could display a better error if the referenced assemblies fails to load, perhaps?

I'm having this exact problem with version 1.22.3 of Microsoft.Identity.Web. Unlike @thestillheron there is no other authentication but Microsoft.Identity.Web. The relevant code is as below:

Web wont load photos at all after update to 1.99.0

"No space left on device" is mentioned several times in the logs. Have you checked this? Maybe your hard drive is full?
