bugfix:the event name should not contain namespace

Dear: In the kbEvent data, the Name should be resource's name, it should not contains the namespace. I have resolved it.

'init' is not exported by node_modules\echarts\index.js

This error exposed when I used ngx-echarts in angular7 and compiled by rollup.
