can't start spyder using chinese user name in windows

if my user name is following, I can't start spyder C:\Users\小小\

it works before, but after uninstall and install it looks as below. uninstall(remove remindme folder) and install again it is the same. 

for example, have 25 and drop down, so that we can just enter to set a alarm? Thanks
